What is your payment schedule?

Our payment schedule adheres to CSLB standards and California law, following these guidelines: Initial Deposit: Typically, we require a deposit of no more than 10% of the total contract price or $1,000, whichever is less. Progress Payments: Payments are made based on completed work milestones, outlined in the contract. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and client walkthrough approval. This approach ensures transparency and protects both parties throughout the project.
